oklotto Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oklotto ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the oklotto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

To register and use oklotto, you must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine regulations governing online gaming. You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. 2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on oklotto. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping your account details current at all times. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person. oklotto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on oklotto are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) using local payment methods available to Filipino players. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require you to submit supporting documentation before funds are released. oklotto reserves the right to apply processing times and minimum or maximum transaction limits, details of which are available in the FAQ section. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name; third-party payment methods are not permitted. Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments willresult in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and the forfeiture of any funds associated with the account.

4. Responsible Gaming

We provide tools that allow you to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods to help you manage your gaming activity within your personal boundaries. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts; using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software errors or technical faults rather than reporting them; engaging in any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity; and attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's systems or security measures. Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities. oklotto reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through prohibited activities and to recover any funds paid out as a result of such conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the oklotto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of oklotto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any oklotto intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. The oklotto name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the platform and may not be used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oklotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. oklotto's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted under Philippine law.

8. Amendments to These Terms

oklotto reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. 9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
